The aim of the PREPARE Network is to promote multi-national exchange between those who are involved (as individuals or organisations) in rural development anywhere in Europe.

It is an open network of individuals, multi-polar in nature, controlled by its membership, flexible in operation. For the time being, there is no subscription, unless the members later decide that there should be.

Organisations, including those on the PREPARE Organising Group, are not formal members : they are represented by individuals, on equal terms to all other members.

The network is conceived as a meeting-point for people who work in the public, voluntary or private sectors. People from government and from non-government organisations are equally welcome.

The main medium of the Network is this Website.

Members of the Network receive PREPARE News by e-mail;  and are invited (subject to limits on the number of places) to take part in PREPARE’s multi-national events.
